Return and Exchange Policy

Kindly go through our Return & Exchange Policy carefully

Currently WE DO NOT OFFER ANY RETURNS/REFUNDS (unless the case is really exceptional)

1. EXCHANGE is available with additional ₹400 for shipping and logistics (with a valid reason that can’t be solved) within 2 days of receiving the order

2. At Presh Beauti each piece goes through a thorough quality check and we never ship a pieces until it passes all the checks.

3. In case of any issue kindly WHATSAPP us : 9667308985 and our team shall assist you in any post sale queries.

4. Products that it is on a sale or discounted is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE

5. ⁠Anything purchased on Walk-in , Pop-up or COD is not eligible for Exchange or Return/Refund

For Exchange :
Before sending the product back for exchange make sure that the product is in the same condition as they were when shipped out.

Products that have been used or washed or brushed in the case of curly or wavy hair and Altered in any way that can’t be resold will not be accepted.

In case of Transit damage kindly make sure you have a video of the package received, Like an unboxing video and if you wish to notify us about a missing product and unboxing video is a must

Make sure to mention your order number and contact number clearly on the package when returning the goods to us.

In case of Retuning the products for an Exchange to Presh Beauti, make sure you ship it with a trusted courier company as Presh Beauti will not be liable in any product damage or lost in transit sent by you.
